Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, sales periods, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Details
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. If incorrect address or contact information is provided, any additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Change of address is possible only if the order has not been dispatched.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is allowed only before the order is dispatched. To request a cancellation, customers must email us at uniquesparklets777@gmail.com.
Payment Method
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.
Return & Exchange Policy
We follow a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy. Exceptions may be considered only in genuine cases such as receiving a wrong or damaged product. In such cases, customers will be responsible for the two-way shipping charges.

Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Any request made before or after this timeline will not be eligible.
Refund Assessment
All refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 24–48 hours. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Refunds will only be approved if the product is returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Refund Completion
After the quality check is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. The amount will be credited through the original payment method or as store credit, based on eligibility.
